John A. Robinson, MAI, CCIM, President and founder of Property Investment Specialists, Inc., has been involved in the real estate market since 1983. Mr. Robinson is a licensed real estate broker (license number BK427712), and he earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in November 1999 as well as the MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) designation in May of 1989.

Mr. Robinson is also a State-Certified General Appraiser in the State of Florida (License No. RZ417) and Florida General Appraiser Instructor (License No. GA1000019). He has been involved in numerous types of real estate transactions including office, vacant commercial and residential land, investment income property, and residential investment property. Based on his commercial appraisal background he is equipped to handle commercial and investment properties including industrial/manufacturing facilities, office buildings, shopping centers and retail properties, restaurants, apartments/multifamily properties, residential subdivisions, hotels/motels, vacant acreage/lots and special purpose facilities.

Jennie Luft, Administrative Assistant, joined the Property Investment Specialists team in April 2007. Her prior real estate related experience includes two years as a Permit Technician for a local Building Department. Prior to that she spent four years as the Comptroller and Office Administrator for a local real estate appraisal firm.
